THE MISSIONS OF THE TOURISM OFFICE
- Public Reception and Information:Providing reception and advice in French and English; collecting and disseminating tourist information; monitoring and analyzing tourist activity.
- Promoting tourism in the region:Highlighting the region’s tourism offerings, participating in trade shows for the general public and industry professionals, creating and updating print and digital communication materials, and managing press relations.
- Marketing of tourism products:Online booking platform, group services, development of tourism products and a brochure for groups, and sales outreach.
- Promoting the region:Organizing guided tours, organizing events, supporting other organizations, and managing social media.
- Coordinating the network of service providers:Bringing together tourism stakeholders by establishing partnerships, organizing networking events, and organizing familiarization tours.
