We met at the reception area of Champagne G. Richomme in Barbonne-Fayel, where we were welcomed by Mr. Collet, the game master.
To begin with, we take a large spiral staircase down to the cellar of the Champagne house, which Mr. Collet shows us around and explains how Champagne is made (pay close attention during the tour as there may be some clues!).
Once the tour is over, to start the Escape Game, you first have to find the entrance... and it's well hidden!
Without our cell phones (no cheating allowed!), which are stored in a secure locker, we begin this adventure into the world of Champagne. I won't tell you what happens next—you'll have to try your luck and find out for yourself!
We made it out (phew!) after 51 minutes. It was a very engaging game with beautiful decor that immediately sets the mood. I highly recommend giving it a try. You're guaranteed to have a great time, whether with family, friends, or colleagues!
