Ethic’Quête

Your favorite spot to enjoy a drink or a sweet treat, from breakfast all the way through to afternoon tea.

Our cuisine is inspired by vegetarian trends, but is not exclusively vegetarian, and the ingredients we use are sourced as much as possible from sustainable, local, and ethically produced farms.

The space welcomes people of all ages—whether with friends or family—to enjoy a board game if you'd like.

Even on your own, you can take a moment to lose yourself in one of the books from the library or to work in peace in a coworking space.

We also sell local foods, as well as hygiene and everyday items, in our eco-friendly store.

One Sunday a month, you can enjoy brunch here, by reservation. 

The venue can also be reserved for private use in the evening or on Sundays for corporate events or association meetings, for example. 

Éthic'Quête will also be open during the summer events organized by the city (concerts, National Day, etc.).
