The Grand Val II Vacation Rental

Located just 50 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, 40 km from Épernay, and 10 minutes from Sézanne, in the town of Allemant, the Grand Val II vacation rental is a former farmhouse that has been completely renovated into a bright home with a cozy, chic country style, retaining the character and charm of this historic farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls, etc.)

THE INTERIOR 

The vacation rental can accommodate up to six people and consists of an entryway that doubles as a relaxation area, a fully integrated and equipped kitchen (high-tech oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop with range hood, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.), a living room with a large flat-screen TV and a fireplace, three double bedrooms (one on the ground floor), two bathrooms, and two separate restrooms.

THE EXTERIOR

You can access the garden and the back patio through a French door. You'll enjoy the view of the vineyards.

Sheets and linens included. Beds made upon arrival. Crib and high chair available upon request.

The owners are winemakers. You'll find local products from local producers for sale, as well as the owners' own champagne.
