Corinne and Lucien, winemakers and farmers, invite you to stay in their spacious home for a warm and welcoming getaway. Located in a historic farmhouse, this vacation rental can accommodate up to 8 people. The owners have preserved the character and charm of this old farmhouse (exposed beams, stone walls, etc.) to create a home with a cozy, chic country style. It’s just 10 minutes from Sézanne, 40 km from Épernay, 50 km from Châlons-en-Champagne, and 68 km from Reims. The entrance opens into a foyer that doubles as a relaxation area. You’ll also find local products from local producers for sale, as well as our owners’ own champagne. A first bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the ground floor. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is fully integrated and equipped (high-tech oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop with range hood, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The fireplace is operational, and the owners will provide you with firewood. From the kitchen, you can access the garden and the back patio through a French door. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and a decorative fireplace, which gives the room a very cozy atmosphere. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people. You’ll love the refined decor in each one. A second bathroom is available upstairs, along with a second toilet. You’ll enjoy underfloor heating on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs.
