The house is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding countryside, enjoying the peace and quiet of the area, and discovering the many tourist attractions in the Marne and Aube departments.

• On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a large, bright living area that combines the living room, dining room, and open kitchen, as well as three bedrooms:

   – A double bedroom with a 140/190 bed

   – A double bedroom with a 140/190 bed

   – A double bedroom with two 90/190 beds (electric beds).

The last two rooms can be connected, depending on your needs.

A full bathroom completes this level.

• Upstairs, a large bedroom (with a 140/190 double bed) has its own private bathroom with a toilet. This separate space is a true haven, perfect for ensuring a couple’s privacy or welcoming guests in a comfortable setting.

• A garage with a laundry area is also available for your use.

• Outside, the pool (4 x 8 m, unheated) is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family on sunny days. You can make the most of the outdoor spaces to unwind or spend time together in peace and quiet.

For your convenience, bed linens (beds made upon arrival), towels, and utilities are included in the rental price

The cleaning fee is mandatory and costs €30.
