Sophro-Walk in the Southwestern Marne Region

Sophro-walks in the southwestern part of the Marne region are making a big comeback for the 2026 season!

Organized by the Sézanne and Region Tourist Office, in collaboration with Sonia Pinto, a sophrologist, these walks invite you to discover the area in a new way, taking the time to reconnect with nature… and with yourself.

Guided by Sonia, let yourself be carried away by an experience that combines walking, breathing, relaxation, and mindfulness, set against the backdrop of the landscapes of southwestern Marne.

Several dates will be offered throughout the season:

→ Wednesday, July 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Esternay
→ Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Anglure
→ Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Marcilly-sur-Seine
