Starting in September 2026, the Camille Claudel Museum will host a special exhibition featuring works by Camille Claudel and Bernhard Hoetger, two artists whose paths crossed in Paris at the turn of the 20th century.
This artistic encounter highlights their quest for recognition, their desire to break free from the influence of Auguste Rodin, and the uniqueness of their style within the Parisian avant-garde.
The exhibition traces their journey, from their first meeting at art dealer Eugène Blot’s gallery in 1905 to the brilliance of their creativity, which continues to fascinate people more than 120 years later.
A unique opportunity to rediscover two major figures in sculpture, whose talent transcends borders and eras.
