As it does every month, the Sézanne branch of the Red Cross is offering the following activities:
• PUBLIC OFFICE HOURS AND VOLUNTEERS:
Wednesdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• MOBILITY SERVICE:
Available upon request, Monday through Friday, subject to volunteer availability, within a 100-kilometer radius.
• H.R.D.A.: HALTE RÉPIT DÉTENTE ALZHEIMER
Every Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., enjoy a time for conversation and sharing in a supportive environment.
A space dedicated to caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease or related conditions, designed to promote well-being, stimulation, and a sense of community.
On the agenda:
→ Fun and stimulating activities, tailored to each individual, to boost memory and mental alertness
→ A relaxing break with a snack, perfect for conversation and socializing
→ A space where caregivers can be heard and find respite, to recharge and share experiences
→ Maintaining social connections, which are essential for breaking isolation and building bonds
A precious time to get together, share stories, and enjoy some peaceful moments.
• THE PAPOTE WORKSHOP:
Every Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Sézanne Red Cross welcomes people to its “Papote” workshops to help combat isolation.
If you’re feeling lonely or isolated, come spend some quality time with our volunteers. We offer a variety of activities, including knitting, board games, crafts, and just someone to talk to. Enjoy a friendly get-together over snacks and coffee.
