From production to the plate, including the manufacturing process, Caroline and Jean-Baptiste embarked on this wonderful new adventure in 2021! This passionate couple didn’t leave the choice of their name to chance; “Papote” reflects their desire to connect and share with each of us, to discuss the ideas, the project, and the ambitions of this human-centered venture.
