My Local Dynamics – Space 18

Espace 18, run by the association Ma Dynamique Locale (MDL), which was founded in June 2016, is a unique space dedicated to pooling skills and carrying out local collaborative projects. As the area’s first “third place,” it offers a vibrant space open to all generations, fostering creativity, innovation, and connections among local stakeholders.

Espace 18 offers two complementary activities:

• Coworking space: a shared workspace where professionals and entrepreneurs can access desks, Wi-Fi, a copier, and all the necessary amenities at an affordable rate. Whether for a few hours a week or on a permanent basis, everyone can find a plan that suits their needs.

• Exhibition space: a venue dedicated to showcasing the work of local artists. On the 18th of every month, a new exhibition opens to the public and is freely accessible Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at 18 rue Paul Doumer. Espace 18 can also accommodate visitors for coworking by appointment outside of these hours.

Through its dual mission, Espace 18 combines collaborative work with cultural promotion, strengthening the ties between business leaders, artists, and residents, and contributing to the vitality of the southwestern part of the Marne department.
