The Marais de Reuves Nature Reserve

Presentation

A vast wetland area, the Saint Gond Marshes are a mosaic of natural habitats unique to the Champagne region, such as peat bogs, ponds, and wet and dry meadows colonized by numerous orchids. Situated between land and water, the marshes are home to a multitude of animal and plant species that are among the rarest in France. Two nature trails are open from May through September.
