The Collet Family of Champagne

Presentation

Nestled between the Seine, the Champagne plains, and a forest of centuries-old oak trees, in the heart of medieval Champagne, the Collet family has been carrying on its winemaking tradition for nine generations. Founded in 1973, the estate spans 6.5 hectares, where old Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines reveal the full richness and diversity of a great Champagne terroir, blending white chalk soils with brown soils rich in flint.

Committed to organic viticulture and winemaking in the forest, Florent and Thomas Collet craft full-bodied, sun-kissed champagnes that reflect their terroir.
