Located 4 kilometers from Sézanne, the Yves Depoivre Champagne House is a family-run estate that has been passed down from generation to generation. Maxime and Anne-Julie welcome you to share their passion for their craft. A pioneer in sustainable viticulture 30 years ago, Yves Depoivre committed to a sustainable approach very early on. Even today, interventions in the vineyards are carried out only when absolutely necessary. The couple embraces the imperfections inherent in viticulture that is as natural as possible: the vineyard is 100% grass-covered, and herbicides are no longer used.
