In Talus-Saint-Prix, the Jeaunaux-Robin estate has been producing champagnes since 1971. Cultivated using organic farming methods, the vineyard showcases Meunier—the iconic grape variety of the Petit Morin Valley—alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Traditional wine presses and oak barrel aging are the hallmarks of the Jeaunaux-Robin House. You can explore the vaulted cellars of this champagne house during a tour.
